My name is Brit O’Bannon and I am a sports nutritionist, certified personal trainer, and founder of Girded with Strength Fitness, dedicated to helping Christian women transform their health through a Biblically-based approach to fitness and weight loss. With certifications in personal training, sports nutrition, senior fitness, and health coaching, I specialize in creating programs that promote strength, mobility, and injury prevention—especially for women over 50.
