Tools I use in class

I teach a SilverSneakers class twice a week at my home church. I want to share the tools I use in this class. These are Amazon affiliate links, and I get a commission if you buy from these links. The first tool I use is this mini ball. This is a class favorite, as one of the activities we do is toss it to each other for eye-hand coordination drills. We also use it for hand exercises, inner thigh work, and other strengthening movements.

The next tool I use is the resistance tubes with handles. I will admit, these are definitely underutilized in my class.
